Underbelly of New York
The underbelly project has been keep very secret for the last year or so.
I see the silence has finally been broken over in the UK first at the london times.
Unfortunately it is a pay site but if you are willing to shill out a pound go here
but here is the run down:
4 storeys underneath the skin of new york.
For 100 years, a massive subway station sat unfinished, unused, undiscovered.
Over the course the last year, artist has been secretly escorted into that station to leave their creative mark.
Unobstructed by the pressures of commercial sales, email, or daily routines, each artist painted for only one night.
The original entranced has been removed and darkness has reclaimed the station. It has become an elusive pirate treasure of contemporary art.
Im sure you will get to see more when the site goes live, this will be huge.

UPDATE: It’s now on the New York Times
